Direct to the manufacturer. Alongside your lab, not instead of it.

Multi-country approval usually means many agents and no one owning the result. We replace that with one team that owns the plan.

You keep your lab

Your chosen lab and your existing test reports stay central. We align the paperwork to each authority and do not push you towards a new lab.

One relationship, many countries

One accountable contact runs submissions across every market on your list, so you are not chasing a different agent in each country.

Built for manufacturers

We work with you directly, and with your lab, certification body or distributor when they are part of the project.

Services

From the first question about a market to the renewal reminder three years later.

Global Market Access

Regulatory scoping for every target country before you commit engineering or budget: which authority, which approvals, which reports, in what order.

What is included

International Type Approval

Documentation, submission, authority liaison and certificate delivery, run as one project across all your countries.

What is included

Test Lab Coordination

We work with your lab and align its reports to what each authority expects, including where in-country testing applies.

What is included

Post-Market Compliance

Renewal tracking and change management, so certificates stay valid long after launch.

What is included

How a filing moves, start to finish

The same six stages whether you are approving in one country or twenty.

  1. Intake and scope

You send the product, models, wireless technologies and target countries. We map each country to its authority, reports and likely route.

  2. Document readiness

We build the document list per country and check what you already hold. Gaps are flagged before anything is submitted.

  3. Lab coordination

Your lab stays your lab. We pass the authority’s requirements to them and review the reports they return, including any in-country testing.

  4. Authority submission

We prepare and file each application, acting as applicant or local representative where the rules and your situation allow.

  5. Follow-up and escalation

We answer authority queries, chase progress and tell you plainly where each filing stands.

  6. Approval and renewal

Certificates arrive with their expiry dates. We track renewals and product changes so approvals stay valid.

Where we work

40+ countries across three regions, with a guide for each one below. If your market is not listed, ask. We handle other countries on request.

Authorities, validity periods and lead times in the guides are typical values. We confirm the current position for your product before any filing.

What changes when you work with us

A single accountable contact

One person owns your project from scoping to certificates, across all countries.

Local applicant support

Where a country requires a local applicant, we can act as applicant or certificate holder in Middle East countries.

Plain status updates

You see which filings are waiting on whom. Delays are reported when they happen, not at the deadline.

Authority follow-up

We answer authority questions and chase progress, so your engineers keep building.

Your lab, your reports

We use the lab you already trust and review its reports against each authority’s rules.

No overpromising

We do not guarantee approvals or dates. We tell you what the authority requires and what is realistic.

Common questions

What is type approval?

Type approval is the authorisation a national regulator gives before radio or telecom equipment can be imported or sold in its country. Each authority sets its own rules, reports and fees, so the route differs by country.

Do I have to retest my product?

Often not. Many authorities accept existing test reports, such as those used for CE or FCC. Some require extra reports or sample testing in the country. We review what you hold and tell you what, if anything, needs repeating.

How long does approval take?

It depends on the authority and how complete the file is. Our country guides show typical lead times from about one week to several months. We give a realistic timeline at scoping and do not promise approval dates, because authorities set them.

Do I need a local representative?

Some countries require a locally registered applicant or certificate holder. We confirm this per country at scoping. In Middle East countries, Joe Trades can act as local applicant or certificate holder where the rules allow.

Which countries do you cover?

We cover 40+ countries across the Middle East, Africa and CIS, with guides for 68 of them on this site. Other countries are handled on request.
